frogger

i got frogger on my phone because i got sick of the NY Times Word Challenge game (which I was horribly bad at) and I need something to do when I soak my ear in sea salt water for 10 minutes every night (cartilege piercing). now the thing i never understood about frogger is, well...he's a frog right? and frogs are amphibious. so if frogger is a frog who is amphibious, then why, pray tell, does he die when he goes in the water??
